RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing customers with a quality shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the underwear and socks classification storage grid you purchased or need to return or exchange the goods, please read the following return and exchange terms carefully and follow the relevant procedures.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Product Status: The returned goods must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and all labels, packaging and accessories must be intact.
Return and Exchange Period: You have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the order date. Please make sure to submit the return and exchange application within this period.
Product Type: Products marked “Final Sale” or “Special Offer” are generally not supported for return or exchange unless there is a quality problem.
Quality Problem: If there is a quality problem with the product, we will provide an unconditional return and exchange service. Please provide relevant quality certificates or photos for us to verify.

2. Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application: Please log in to your account, select the product to be returned or exchanged on the order details page, and fill in the return and exchange application form. When submitting, please make sure to provide an accurate and complete reason for return and exchange and contact information.
Review application: We will review your return application as soon as possible after receiving it. After the review is passed, we will send you the return address and return label by email or SMS.
Returning goods: Please return the goods according to the address and instructions on the return label. If the return label is expired or lost, please contact our customer service to obtain a new label. Please note that the returned goods must include all original packaging, labels and accessories.
Refund processing: We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will be made according to your original payment method and may be affected by the processing time of the financial institution.

3. Return and exchange costs
Unless there is a quality problem with the product or we ship it incorrectly, the shipping costs incurred by the return shall be borne by the customer. However, please note that international returns and exchanges may involve additional customs duties, taxes and logistics fees. These fees will be borne by you and collected by the logistics company on your behalf when returning the goods.

4. Notes
Product defects: Before returning the goods, please make sure that the goods are not defective or damaged. If the goods are damaged during the return process, we will have the right to refuse a refund or require you to bear the relevant costs.
Return Label: Please ensure that the return label is valid and that you return the item strictly following the return address and instructions. If the return label expires or is lost, please contact our customer service to obtain a new label.
Refund Time: Refund processing time may vary depending on the financial institution and payment method. We recommend that you wait patiently after submitting your return request and check your bank account or email at any time for refund status updates.
